Staff

Two paramedics with emergency equipment and a "When Seconds Count Call 911" banner.

METCOM 911 employs a highly trained staff of emergency communications professionals.  Not only is each staff member a state certified emergency dispatcher, many assume responsibilities for other technical aspects of the 911 field.  Some team members are specially trained in hostage negotiation and tactical dispatching and may be called upon to deploy with law enforcement SWAT teams.   There are members of our team who have served or continue to serve in the field as volunteer firefighters, reserve police officers, or on county and city boards in order to advance emergency services in the communities served by METCOM 911.  Local dispatchers that are familiar with their service area and engaged in their local communities are providing quality service for their friends and neighbors.  Employees of METCOM 911 have been recognized for their life saving actions by both local and state emergency agencies and associations.  METCOM 911 is proud to employ such dedicated individuals.
